HELPING THE PEOPLE AND CAUSES AT THE HEART OF OUR INDUSTRY

For more than a decade, Vegas Night has been the night the FCL community shows up for each other, for the industry, and for the causes that matter. Casino gaming, an open bar, great food, and a room full of people who know how to have a good time while doing something good.

Since its inception, Vegas Night has raised more than $1 million for organizations across the country. In 2026, we're marking FCL Builders' 50th anniversary, and we're celebrating it the FCL way.

This Year's Cause

Vegas Night 2026 benefits FCL Cares — and every dollar raised goes directly to the four pillars at the heart of everything FCL Cares does:

  • Veteran & First Responder Support: Partnering with organizations that provide resources, recognition, and relief to the men and women who have served our country and communities.

  • Mental Wellness in Construction & Trades: Supporting programs that reduce stigma, expand access to mental health resources, and save lives in an industry with the highest suicide rate of any U.S. workforce.

  • Career Development in Construction & Trades: Investing in the next generation of skilled trade professionals through scholarships, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development initiatives.

  • Critical Illness & Medical Research: Standing beside families and communities affected by cancer, ALS, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and other critical illnesses — funding the research and advocacy that gives them hope.
